The offshore decommissioning market is still in its infancy and many offshore assets that were first installed in the 1960s and 1970s either are or will be “end-of-life” very soon. Oil and gas companies are legally required to decommission these structures in a way that is safe and will do the least amount of damage to the surrounding environment. Unfortunately, many of these companies are only in the conception phase and not fully prepared to begin decommission or have made many mistakes with programs in the past. The biggest concern is if the supply chain for decommissioning is prepared to respond to the amount of work on the horizon.
This TBM Evolution event will enable participants to learn how to:
Identify and utilize the supply chain in the decommissioning market
Overcome supply chain bottlenecks in the industry
Achieve cost certainty and reduction
